The “Stubby Timber” is a Hybrid-Cut Down style call that is designed to be a low mid-range call used for close in calling, but with a bold sound that can carry. The tone board was designed to be raspy to grab their attention.

This call is tuned to be mid-range. It is light blowing and designed to work best with your hand in the open position, with little back pressure.

The reeds that come with the call are a little longer than needed. Be sure to trim them at the base to achieve the tone you desire.
